Kite-Surf – A freedom wish……

During a quiet walk on the seaside, along Follonica beach (GR), I saw a group of boys who were fearless doing Kite-Surf; the wind, that in the meantime became more sustained, shook the seawater, the sails were swollen, the muscles tense … a sight not to be missed!

I always stop to look at them, when I find them in the water. They always give me an idea of strength, grace, elegance,… and freedom! I admire them, these guys, especially when they come into the water on cold days, or at least not sure to take a bath!

That day I had my camera with me, and I couldn’t help but try to capture that sense of freedom in some shots. This, at the end, is the one I like best, and that still gives me that feeling of freedom that I breathed with them that afternoon.
