My PhotoMarathon Experiences

What is a PhotoMarathon

Italia Photo Marathon is a cultural event that merges photography passion and area promotion. It’s a wole day dedicated to photography, you don’t have to run!

These PhotoMarathon days are rich, layered experiences — a mix of fun, connection, challenge, commitment and discovery.

– Pure fun, because spending a full day taking photos in a city you may not know is a unique way to enjoy your passion.
– A chance for connection, as you meet hundreds of fellow photographers from all over Italy (and beyond).
– A real challenge, as you interpret the given themes and try to create meaningful images within a set time.
– A fair amount of commitment, because even if there’s no running involved — there’s a lot of walking!
– A sense of discovery, as each edition becomes a journey through unfamiliar places with fresh eyes.

A day unlike any other — full of moments that stay with you.

Here you’ll find the photos I created during my various participations. Each gallery begins with the theme tickets assigned that day, followed by the images I chose to submit for the jury’s evaluation.

I’ve never won — but every edition has been an intense, joyful experience shared with a passionate community of photography lovers.
